Ice Bath and Breathwork session

Saturdays | 8am - 10am

Back by popular demand, breathwork and ice bath sessions are back at the Waterfront on the Peninsula Lawns.

Meet us on Saturday morning for a session that will boost your immunity, reset your nervous system and invigorate you.

Embrace the multiple benefits of cold therapy under the expert guide of Jill and Clinton, a perfect introduction to meditation practice in a supportive environment and idyllic setting.

Bring your bathers and a yoga mat to chill and reset, ready for the weekend.

WHEN:  8am to 10am on Saturdays

ENTRY: FREE for Darwin Waterfront members, donations for casual walk-ins ($10.00 suggested)
