Celebrate Territory Day at the Darwin Waterfront. If you're keen to enjoy a relaxing night with family & friends, book a table at one of our venues or bring a picnic blanket and enjoy live music on the lawns, followed by an amazing firework display from the Sea Wall at 8pm.
Entertainment kicks off at 5pm with fireworks at 8pm.
This is an alcohol-free event. Personal fireworks are NOT permitted at the Darwin Waterfront.

The Darwin Waterfront is closing out another fantastic year in true Territory style with our annual New Year’s Eve concert and spectacular fireworks display to welcome 2026. New Year's Eve at Darwin Waterfront is a free event, and no ticket is required. LINE-UP: Australian alternative rock legends, Eskimo Joe Papa and the Bears S hake It Off Show Sabrina Live, "not for real, but pretty close" DJ JLC Picnics are welcome. This year's event is alcohol & smoke free.
