  • Parent-Baby Water Exercises – Swaying, bouncing, and assisted floating to help babies feel comfortable.
  • Kick & Splash – Encouraging babies to kick their legs in the water while supported by parents.
  • Tunnel Time – Floating hoops or soft water tunnels for parents to gently guide babies through.
  • Treasure Hunt – Parents can guide babies to reach for floating objects like soft balls or rubber ducks.
  • Paddle & Play – Babies can practice moving their hands in the water to push small floating toys.
  • Water Wheels & Pouring Fun – Using small water wheels or cups to pour and explore water movement.
