Priority seating area in the Wave Lagoon with free use of water wheelchair. Free entry for companion card holders.
Lift access available connecting Darwin City to Darwin Waterfront. Lift access in the Multi-storey car park.

There is a free 21 seater shuttle bus to transport patrons around Darwin Waterfront and Stokes Hill Wharf

We offer accessible parking spaces, ramps, elevators, restroom facilities, drinking water fountains, ramp access into our swimming attractions. We do have a beach chair available for free use at the Wave Lagoon and Recreation Lagoon, please speak with the friendly lifeguards for assistance.
We currently do not provide mobility aids for rent directly however, we recommend contacting local mobility aid rental services in Darwin such as https://www.limitlessaustralia.com.au/ as they may be able to assist you. Or feel free to reach out to the Tourism Top End Visitor Information Centre for further guidance.
Yes, service animals are welcome at the Darwin Waterfront. Please ensure that your service animal is appropriately restrained and under control at all times. Service animals are not permitted to enter any body of water (Wave Lagoon or Recreation Lagoon) or on the man-made beach.

There is no dedicated visitor information centre however the Darwin Waterfront Corporation office is open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4pm to assist with any inquiries or speak with the friendly lifeguards or operators of the Wave Lagoon kiosk from 10am to 6pm daily who are available to assist all visitors, including those with disabilities. Our staff will be happy to provide information, guidance, and any additional support you may require during your visit.
